street noise firm pillows
the air conditioning worked very WELL in the room.
i was promised a quiet room but it WASN'T. the noise from the street kept me awake at night. the staff did not seem to care much when I complained about the noise. the pillows were too firm, and I woke up with a stiff neck every MORNING.

A Nice Stay
efficient staff balanced choices free coffee
The front desk staff were efficient and warm. The breakfast choices were well-balanced. Free coffee at the lobby was available around the clock. I also appreciated that the hotel's floor was made of tiles instead of carpet.
The shower was either very hot or very cold. It was hard to get it into a reasonable temperature.

The staff provided really good assistance with various requests. They demonstrated a genuine willingness to ensure guest satisfaction. Their proactive approach significantly enhanced the overall experience. It was appreciated.

The hotel features a nice pool with bedchairs for relaxation. There is also a coffee machine available all day for complimentary coffee or cappuccino. These amenities added convenience and enjoyment to the stay.

fantastic stay with friendly staff
effective air conditioning large tv complimentary robe secure safe
the air conditioning was very effective. i appreciated the large tv with netflix access. complimentary robes, a tote bag, and water bottles were provided. a safe was also available inside the wardrobe for securing my valuables.
the pool could use a little more cleaning. some leaves were floating on the surface.

breakfast included various halal options, quite nice. the selection offered a reasonable variety, though it was not extensive. i found the complimentary breakfast to be a very good addition to my stay.

the hotel sits on a quiet street. it is about two kilometers from the beach. big-c extra shopping center is located nearbywith easy access to shopping.
